In plans submitted by Craft Metropolis, a new branch of the independent beer retailer could open in Sydenham Road, changing the current empty unit into a craft ale shop, coffee shop and ancillary taproom.
Proposals outline plans involving internal reconfiguration of the ground‑floor space to accommodate a craft beer retail area, a coffee counter and seating, along with an ancillary taproom, while the basement would be used for storage and the rear garden opened to customers during limited hours.
If approved, the business is expected to open in May, following internal conversion works.
